CANCELLATION POLICY
We recommend that our clients take out insurance against the possibility of cancellation, and a week's 'grace peroid' is allowed for this before the cancellation policy is enforced.
The deposit is 10% - 25% and is non refundable/non transferable, and is due with the resevation.
Balances are due in full, a minimum of 9 weeks prior to arrival date.
50% of the balance is refundable for cancellations made 9 weeks prior to arrival date.
Refunds are pro rata for each week after that, reducing by 5% per week, until 3 weeks prior to the arrival date, when the balance is forfeit.

PEAK RESERVATION PERIODS [Christmas/Easter, etc./February/Major Events]
Balances are due in full, a minimum of 12 weeks prior to arrival date.
The deposit is 10% - 25% and is non-refundable/non-transferable, and is due with the reservation. Balances are due in full, a minimum of 12 weeks prior to arrival date.
50% of the balance is refundable for cancellations made within 11 weeks prior to the arrival date, when the balance is forfeit.

Please make sure you understand these terms and take out insurance to cover the possibility of cancellation.
CHECK OUT is 11am unless by prior arrangement with the management at the property.
